**WHEDA completes an annual escrow analysis every February with a payment change effective April 1st. New letter sized statements will be mailed in late February. Your monthly payment will increase or decrease due to any change in your property taxes and/or insurance in the past year. If your escrow analysis reflects a surplus greater than $50 and your account is current, a check will be mailed no later than March 1st. If your escrow analysis reflects a shortage, WHEDA will spread the shortage over the next twelve months. You have the option of paying the shortage prior to April 1st, which will result in a lower monthly payment. If you have an escrow shortage you would like to pay, please mail your payment to: WHEDA, Attn: Loan Servicing, PO Box 1728, Madison, WI 53701-1728. Please indicate on your payment that it is for an escrow shortage. You may also pay the shortage using your My Loan Online account.
